Generator Service & Maintenance Across North Mississippi

GenerX Generators installs and services whole-home generators across North Mississippi from our Memphis branch, just across the state line. Our coverage takes in DeSoto County, including Southaven, Olive Branch, Horn Lake and Hernando, and runs south to Oxford and Tupelo.

Mississippi loses power at scale. The January 2026 winter storm left more than 189,000 customers across the state without power at its peak. A standby generator starts automatically within seconds of an outage and runs until utility power returns.

Southaven, Olive Branch, Horn Lake and Hernando each issue their own permits, and unincorporated addresses go to DeSoto County. GenerX pulls the permit with a licensed electrician, and our in-house certified technicians install the generator and keep it running with maintenance and repair, backed by a 12-year warranty.
